SHARING, THIRD PART

From the Community, I work in the area of physical therapy and rehabilitation. It is a service and space to welcome people with health problems, those who seek to alleviate their pain and suffering. To perform this work, I use natural remedies, electromagnetic equipment, manual therapy techniques and procedures. This mission allows me to accompany the healing process of people with prayer, as well as to discover the gifts received from God and to put them at the service of others valuing the importance of applying science and technology. It is rewarding to hear testimonies of recovery, as well as to know how to share with other professionals to achieve a comprehensive recovery in each person who requests this service.

I take this opportunity to invite the youth who want to be part of the Missionary Dominican Sisters to make the dream of our founders, Bishop Ramon Zubieta and M. Ascension Nicol, come true. God needs them in different services of our mission in San Ignacio: we accompany the young ones or the “Little Missionaries”, we do support and reinforce the studies and orientation of the adolescents of the Residence.

On the other hand, there is a great need of people who want to dedicate themselves in the work with the families in the rural area, to share the faith, their achievements and realities. Sometimes it is truly difficult, such as to commit themselves in the defense of the life, the dignity of women, and care of the environment.

I conclude by thanking you for this space, and I hope I was able to transmit to you the experience.

Encourage each other in this missionary task.

A hug, God bless us.
