First vows’ celabration in Batcham, Cameroon

We lived an awesome experience during Sister Edith Verdiane Djuidje’s first vow profession. It was very moving and touching as it was the first time that temporary vows took place in Cameroon, especially in Batcham, a land known for being very attached to its traditions and not much to the Christian culture. What excited me most is that the ceremony was all organized by the Batcham community, the community in which Sister Edith felt welcomed four months ago. This was a great effusion of the Sprit amongst us. A real missionary life! It was so pleasant seeing all the sisters of Cameroon gathered together with the younger ones in formation! What a moment of joy! My heart felt gratitude to each and every one of you who contributed in making this event a successful one as everything took place in a love and joy atmosphere.
