AN EXPERIENCE, SELF-REALIZATION

Education Leadership Development Academy (ELDA BATCH 18).

After attending the 2-week Intensive Training at Phoenix Publishing house the Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA), I found myself deeply inspired and motivated by the insightful presentations and discussions. The speakers’ expertise and passion for the topic were contagious, and I left the event with a renewed sense of purpose. I was particularly struck by from day 1 to our last day which challenged my previous beliefs and encouraged me to explore new perspectives especially on how to become an effective educational leader.

Also, in these trainings, I met people that became my companion and family for almost 2 weeks and I am sure that these people will not be forgotten. All the memories and lessons will be cherished and will serve as my inspiration for my every day work as an educational leader.

Overall, ELDA was a valuable learning experience that has broadened my knowledge and left me eager to apply what I’ve learned in both my personal and professional life.
