In our Morning Praise, we reminisce with gratitude the beatification of our Mother Foundress Ascension Nicol Goñi.

Blessed are the merciful, for shall obtain mercy.

You have a merciful heart, Mother,

This is how we are told by those who knew you,

you did not want to see anyone suffer,

You suffer with other in every way,

you were so human, so close, and generous.

Hence, Mother, you are blessed.

During the first hours of the morning, we, the Communication and Draft Commission outlined the texts on THE ACTUAL SITUATION (“situationer”) for SPIRITUALITY and that of COMMUNITY dimensions. To proceed, we went over the works realized by the sisters in the General Chapter which pertained to the External Opportunities and Threats, and those of Internal Strengths and Weaknesses which served as the initial diagnostic for each of these dimensions.

In the afternoon, we made a review on the texts presented in a paused and dialogued re-reading, correcting, and precisely articulating the terms in a dynamic way for common understanding so to grasp the essence of each word, for all the sisters when we shall get hold of the General Plan.
